Request for Digital Copy or Use of Images for Scientific Purposes

Each user may request to obtain a high-definition digital reproduction of documents (plans, drawings, photographs, manuscripts) for scientific purposes, to the extent that their state of preservation allows.

The service is subject to charges for each request, and the quotation is determined based on the type of reproduction requested:

Please select the document(s) (max. 20) and specify the reference number and title of the records you wish to consult.
Mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk (*).

Attention: After submitting the form, a confirmation message will appear on the screen, and you will receive a quote within 15 working days. If no message appears, it means that the form has not been properly completed. Please ensure to fill in all the fields. In case of errors in filling out the form, if the confirmation message does not appear, or if the email address is incorrect, the request cannot be processed.
