Request for reproduction or image use for scientific purposes

Users may request the high-resolution digital reproduction of documents (plans, drawings, photographs, manuscripts) for scientific or editorial purposes, provided their conservation status allows it. This service is governed by specific technical, pricing, and legal conditions, outlined below. Reproductions are carried out manually by our operators, according to the available digitisation capacities, and are limited to a maximum of 20 documents per request. Fees applied vary depending on the nature of the request, the format of the documents, and the legal status of the works (e.g., applicable copyright).

Attention: After submitting the form, a confirmation message will appear on the screen, and you will receive a quote within 15 working days. If no message appears, it means that the form has not been properly completed. Please ensure to fill in all the fields. In case of errors in filling out the form, if the confirmation message does not appear, or if the email address is incorrect, the request cannot be processed.
